Not a lot of productive work getting done today and we will have a full update at the 12 hour mark when the real race begins and the field is strung out a bit more.
Early days as we say with Matt Pilley, Donni Hanckel, Chris Avery and Noelis Rheault leading the men and Margaret Hadley, Liv Compton and Patrycja Bereznowska heading the women’s field for now. But it can change quickly, as can the tracking app, so watch this space.

It has been a tough 12 months for Jason. Tachycardia and Heart Palpitations had him questioning whether he could continue running. Then dengue fever at the start of the year limited what he could do 🙃
